Our discovery process could start with your existing microarray data, re-analyzed by our in-house bioinformatics group using the most appropriate data analysis applications, or with a new study design for a more focused use microarray analysis, given available samples and the power of our multiplexing technologies.  Express Pathway has produced dozens of focused gene sets based on analysis of high density microarray work.

Reanalysis of samples from the original discovery microarray studies with our proven XP-PCR multiplex technologies result in multi-gene signatures that are a critical part of the biomarker verification process in support of final validation.
