  The first clinical and soon to be commercial application of Express Pathway's fast-track diagnostics potential has been in Small Round Blue Cell Tumors (SRBCT), a group of four different childhood cancers that are difficult to differentiate histopathologically. Althea's SRBCT-XP correctly differentiated 99% of samples in a joint study with the National Cancer Institute.Althea will follow the success of SRBCT-XP with additional molecular diagnostics focused on oncology. |
